An employee backed his truck up to a bay door to load stock. While exiting the vehicle, he stepped on a 2-pallet stack, lost his footing, and fell to the ground. He put out his left arm to stop himself. His arm hit the ground and broke. He was hospitalized with a broken left arm and bloody nose.
