Employees were processing a pipe on site. A forklift driver lowered the pipe and, believing the forks had cleared the pipe, began to turn the forks to move the pipe. When the pipe started to move, it struck a nearby employee in the left leg. The injured employee suffered leg fractures, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
