Incident Narrative

An employee was unloading a laser machine onto a cart when wind blew fibers off the machine/cart. The employee pressed the brake on the cart, retrieved the fibers, and took them inside the building. When the employee returned for the cart, it was rolling toward cars in the parking lot. The employee chased the cart and ran into a concrete barrier and fell, suffering a fractured right hip and right elbow injury.
