An employee was concrete form stakes with a circular saw. The sawblade hit a piece of the sawhorse table, causing the saw to jump back and cut the employee's left middle finger (including tendons and bone). The finger was amputated to the first knuckle; the employee was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.
