Incident Narrative

An employee was helping to move a piece of equipment out of the plant with a team of people. While moving the object that was controlled by other employees, the employee was positioned between the edge of the dock and the machine. He dismounted from the dock to reposition himself. When his feet struck the ground, he broke both heel bones.
