On December 12, 2019, around 3:00 PM, an employee was operating a forklift inside a freezer when he pressed the gas instead of the brakes. His hand was outside of the forklift cage at the time and became caught between the forklift and a rack. He suffered a thumb fracture and ligament damage and was hospitalized where the thumb was surgically amputated.
