Incident Narrative
The injured employee was working on a split sizing line, placing pieces of chicken breast onto the conveyor belt. At the same time, other employees were next to her restacking a pellet of 70-pound totes. Three totes then fell off the pallet and struck the injured employee's back. The impact caused her to fall down. She suffered lower back and neck injuries.
