An employee was training a customer on the use of a skid steer with an attachment. The side window of the skid steer was frozen shut and the employee was positioned between the skid steer and the front attachment. While the customer was operating the skid steer, it lurched, and the employee fell onto the blades of the attachment sustaining broken ribs and a collapsed lung.
