Incident Narrative

An employee was unloading six commercial doors from a box truck inside a loading dock. The doors had shifted, and when they were unstrapped they fell on him and pinned him to the inside of the truck. He suffered facial fractures and lacerations and nose injuries. He was hospitalized.
