Incident Narrative

At 10:30 on November 15, 2019, an employee was standing on a 6-foot stepladder, de-racking a 50-pound radar transmitter box. As the box was releasing from the housing rack, the rack's spring force moved the box with enough momentum to knock the employee off the stepladder to the floor. He suffered a laceration and a broken arm.
