Incident Narrative
An employee had picked up an odd-shaped piece of decking material that weighed approximately 44 lbs. and was moving it to a place on the deck when he slipped, lost his balance, and fell onto the deck. As he fell, he let go of the decking material and it struck his calf, breaking his left tibia and fibula.
