Incident Narrative
A temporary employee had his right foot on the brake of a hand truck and was in the process of leaning the hand truck back toward himself when one of the boxes on the hand truck shifted. The result of this action altered the distribution of the load and exerted pressure onto the employee's right leg. He sustained fractures to his right tibia and fibula.
