Incident Narrative

An employee was in a scissor lift repairing an oven. A pusher struck the scissor lift. The employee sustained extensive facial and orbital fractures, a left scapula fracture, a T-12 compression fracture, a C-1 fracture, multiple fractured ribs on the left side, a chest wall laceration, upper lip laceration, and a laceration to the nasal tip.
