An employee was driving a stand-up forklift and carrying a load as part of his stocking duties. He was going down the same aisle as another employee that was also driving the same kind of forklift. The employee in front suddenly stopped and reversed with the forks in the high position, striking the employee that was behind him. The employee was hospitalized with puncture injuries to the right calf and main arteries.
