On October 2, 2019, at 12:42 p.m., an employee was walking into the casino for a menu tasting when he tripped on a metal brace for slot signage that was being installed and fell to the floor. Later, at approximately 3:00 p.m., he was found in the men's restroom experiencing shortness of breath and dizziness. He was hospitalized with an abdominal aortic aneurysm, collapsed lung, and an aneurysm of the right iliac artery.
