An employee was pushing a cart full of garments through a doorway. The employee then transitioned to the front of the cart to continue pulling it. As the walkway began to slope downwards, the cart caught the employee s leg against a pallet of quick-dry cement. The employee was hospitalized with a broken tibia and fibula.
