Incident Narrative

An employee was setting the anchor for an ice-boom onboard a derrick boat. The employee cut a line that was holding the anchor chain and was then struck by a rigging chain. The employee sustained fractures to both bones in the lower right leg and a shoulder injury from falling overboard.
