Incident Narrative

Employees were conducting roofing work on a flat roof. Debris was being placed into a dumpster via a chute. An employee entered the dumpster to even out the pile of debris. The employee fell out of the dumpster and landed on the concrete pavement. The employee was hospitalized with a broken vertebra and abrasions to the head, hands and back.
