An employee was standing between a forklift and an elevated bucket while trash was being dumped. The forklift operator drove the forklift into the employee and struck the employee's cell phone. The cell phone exploded, and the employee was pinned between the forklift and the wall. The employee sustained cuts and burns to the left gluteus.
