An employee was moving stone slabs from a forklift to a stacked pile of stone in a yard. The slabs began sliding off the forklift supports, and the employee's fingers were pinched between two of them. The fingertips were torn off, and the fingers were crushed and torn open from the fingernail about halfway down the fingers; no bone was involved.
