Incident Narrative
An employee was assembling a pre-hung residential door and needed to add some wooden door jamb extension strips to achieve the proper dimensions for the opening size. He was ripping a board to the needed size on a table saw when the board kicked back. He pushed it back down and his finger came in contact with the blade, lacerating his left index fingertip. As a result, his skin had to be surgically trimmed.
