Incident Narrative

On August 19, 2019, an employee was working on a baker's scaffold while mudding drywall inside a commercial building. At approximately 11:20 a.m., the employee was standing on the scaffold and using his arms to move the scaffold across the floor when he lost balance and fell over the guardrails, landing on the concrete floor below. He fractured seven ribs and his skull.
