Incident Narrative

A temporary employee was on a 10-foot ladder, installing insulation and doing mastic duct work. The employee came into contact with an exposed temporary wire, was shocked, and fell off the third or fourth rung of the ladder. Along with the electric shock, he suffered a broken left heel.
