Incident Narrative

On August 6, 2019, an employee was supervising the renovation of an elementary school. He was reconnecting a light fixture to the power source when he was electrically shocked and fell about 8 feet from an A-frame ladder to the floor. He sustained burns to his hands and dislocated his left knee cap. He was hospitalized and required surgery.
