Incident Narrative

An employee was waiting for a crane to bring him lifting chains so that he could attach them to a compressor being swapped out at an oil well site. He lost his balance and struck a muffler, which his fall protection was tied off to; the muffler fell to the ground and carried him with it. He suffered broken ribs and was hospitalized.
