Incident Narrative

On 7/28/2019, an employee was attempting to manually let down a dock plate when another employee released the safety latch because the plate would not come down. The dock plate came down and struck the employee, pushing him into product and the wall of a trailer and landing on his right leg. He was hospitalized with a fractured leg and dislocated shoulder.
