Incident Narrative

An employee was adding paneling on the roof of a 25-foot tall home when he fell off the roof onto concrete. He was hospitalized for a head injury, broken arms, and a fractured skull. Multiple surgeries have also been performed. Fall protection was not worn at the time of the incident.
