On July 26, 2019, at approximately 8:30 a.m., an electrician was using a reciprocating saw to remove a bolt from a sump pit at a gas station in order to make a repair. As the employee was sawing the metal bolt, a flash fire occurred and the employee was burned on several areas of the upper body. The employee was hospitalized.
