Incident Narrative
An employee had been performing regular packing duties. When he finished processing a cart of boxes, he went to the cooler to stack the boxes onto a storage cart inside the cooler. While transporting the boxes, he tripped over the corner of a pallet and struck his head on a stationary cart inside the cooler. The employee was hospitalized with a bruised head and a cut to the nose.
