Incident Narrative

Two employees were loading appliances into a delivery truck using a 2-wheeler/dolly. One employee was helping push a refrigerator while the other employee pulled it towards the dolly. The refrigerator fell on one of the employee's lower extremities and mid-section, causing the employee to fall on the floor. The employee was hospitalized with a fractured T7 vertebra.
