Incident Narrative
An employee was utilizing a magnetic drill to drill holes in 1.5" tube. The employee was removing metal shavings and his glove was caught by the bit pulling his left hand into the drill. The drill amputated his index fingertip and thumb, and lacerated his middle finger.
