Incident Narrative
An employee was reversing an unloaded powered buggy down a concrete ramp. The ramp was damp from the rain. The buggy slid as it was descending the ramp and struck a tandem dump truck that was parked near the base of the ramp. The employee's ankle/leg was caught between the wheeled buggy and the dump truck and the employee sustained a fracture to the left ankle/fibula.
