At 12:30 p.m. on July 8, 2019, an employee was helping supervise the unloading of a truck with a forklift. A package tilted over while the forklift was moving and fell onto the employee. He was hospitalized to treat a head injury (requiring 18 stitches) and a fractured vertebra.
