Incident Narrative
An employee was using a cart to transport a full liquid nitrogen dewar when the liquid nitrogen dewar slipped/shifted position on the hook holding it in place. The employee's right middle finger was then crushed between the dewar and the cart, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
