Incident Narrative

An employee was working at a customer's home, replacing an aerial drop. His ladder was on the strand approximately 15 feet above the ground. As he began to descend the ladder, the strand shifted, causing the ladder to shift, and he fell about 10 feet to the ground. He suffered a bruised rib and liver.
