Incident Narrative

An employee was trying to dismount the operator seat of a boom truck when he lost his balance and fell approximately 6 feet to the ground, landing on his back. He was hospitalized with six fractured ribs, lumbar vertebrae chipping, and a slight puncture of his left lung.
