Incident Narrative
Two employees were working to clear trees from powerlines. The tree being cleared had fallen onto the power line, which was angled down due to recent storms. A tree limb had been cut into three pieces, and the injured employee was trying to free the limb from the power line. The tree limb swung and hit the employee's face, causing lacerations from the nose to the lips.
