At 11:00 a.m. on June 14, 2019, an employee of Manhattan Construction Company (MCC) and an employee of Centennial Moisture Control were in a yard when a piece of corrugated metal decking fell onto them from about 140 feet above, knocking them to the ground. The MCC employee suffered significant facial trauma and was hospitalized.
