Incident Narrative

An employee was cleaning out a rock dump with an air lance when the air lance became caught in the rock agitator, pulling the employee's hand into a moving part. The employee suffered a laceration and dislocation to the right index finger. The agitator chute was not guarded at the time of the incident.
