Incident Narrative

An employee was working on an HVAC system on the roof. The employee bent over to drink water, lost footing on lose rocks on the roof and fell onto a skylight. The skylight broke and the employee fell approximately 20 feet onto a stairway landing. The employee suffered a broken left wrist, left side rib, tailbone and left hip.
