Incident Narrative
On June 2, 2019, at approximately 3:00 a.m. an employee was working on the line in the converting department. The employee's duties were to flip packs of towels as they exited the bundler and before they entered the case lift. The employee flipped a pack and noticed it did not flip completely over. As the employee tried to retrieve the pack, his left arm slipped and his left hand was caught in the conveyor rollers. The employee was hospitalized with hand and arm injuries.
