Two employees were coming down a ladder when one slipped and started to fall. He grabbed the other employee in an attempt to stop himself and pulled him down with him to the concrete floor. The first employee suffered bruising to the ribs, shoulder, and neck. The second employee suffered a fractured wrist and pelvis.
