Incident Narrative
Three employees were in an all-terrain vehicle when the accelerator pedal stuck, causing the ATV to speed up. It rolled over as it swerved to miss a solar panel and pinned one of the three employees, breaking his femur and foot. He was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
