Incident Narrative
An employee was working from a fiberglass ladder to install an electrical conductor on a 120v circuit when he received an electrical shock, became startled, dismounted the ladder, and fell on the concrete floor. He fractured his hip and pelvis. The power to the conductor was not shut off at the time of the incident.
