Incident Narrative

On May 6, 2019, at approximately 3:49 PM, an employee working on a brake press and handling a piece of sheet metal (approximately 2' x 4'). The sheet slipped and lacerated the ulnar artery on his left wrist, just above the glove. The employee was hospitalized for surgery.
