Incident Narrative

Two employees were sitting on cradles (U-shaped steel beams) staged between the outer wall columns in Pot Room A to take a break. While the employees were seated, the outermost cradle began to shift. The employees stood and attempted to get out of the line of fire. The falling cradle struck one of the employee's legs causing a broken tibia.
