Incident Narrative
An employee was dismantling masonry scaffolding with a partner from a six-foot ladder. When he pulled one end of the 2x8 boards free the other end also broke free and caught his gloved left pinky finger in a pinch point between the board and a steel pipe. The fingertip was amputated.
