Incident Narrative
An employee had just finished loading metal products onto a flatbed trailer and was attempting to egress the flatbed trailer by stepping on the frame of an adjacent machine when the employee fell approximately 3 to 4 feet to the ground. The employee was hospitalized with broken bones (including a compound fracture) to the left tibia and fibula.
