On February 5, 2019, an employee was operating a cutter machine to cut hooks when a hook became jammed inside the cutter. She stopped the machine on the control panel and attempted to remove the jammed hook. As she was unjamming the machine, the control panel was reactivated and the cutting blade contacted her finger, resulting in a fingertip amputation.
