Incident Narrative

On February 4, 2019, an employee was removing a sheet of aluminum from a pile of aluminum (~ 4 feet x 10 feet) when the aluminum sheets fell on the employee. The employee was pushed into a rack and pinned. Both legs were broken just under the knee caps.
